We are looking for employees who demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following areas:

• Extraordinary competence in performing functions
  Creativity in identifying problems and devising workable, cost-effective solutions to them
  Excellent relationships with the public and other employees
  Commitment to serving the public as the client
  A commitment to economy and efficiency in government
  Volunteers his or her time in an effort to give back to the community

Requirements

• Nominees must be an employee of any city, county or state government agency.
• Nominees must be a public employee for at least six months.
• Nominees must exemplify the the attributes set forth in the flier.
